Be better - in your body, your training, and your pole dance.
A calm, supportive space to build strength, confidence, and skill on the pole at your own pace.
This membership is ideal if you prefer depth over overwhelm. Enjoy learning at your own pace, return to classes again and again and enjoy clear, supportive instruction.
You’re free to dip in and out, revisit classes as often as you like, and train in a way that fits your body, energy, and life. There’s no pressure to “keep up” and no expectation to follow a set schedule.
Many classes are suitable for beginners and those returning after a break, with clear explanations, progressive combinations, and an emphasis on body awareness and safe technique.
New classes are shared when they’re ready — with quality and care always coming first.
Kassia found pole dancing in 2010 when she was forced to try a beginners pole class with her friend. Of course, she fell instantly in love! She completed all levels of instructor training by 2012 and started to hone her teaching style of technical combinations and detailed instruction.
After years of progress and injuries, she developed an interest in the body and how it works. This led her to study Sports Rehabilitation at UWE, from which she graduated in 2021. The Pole Dancing Therapist was born! She then decided to take her knowledge to the internet with the aim of encapsulating all her knowledge in one place... Online Pole Class does just that.
